AI Visibility

Does AI surface you when your buying committee searches?

Most B2B brands show up for the obvious category term and vanish at the pain-point questions that actually start a deal. This baseline maps your buying committee, asks Claude the questions each persona really uses, and shows exactly where you're invisible.

Enter your brand and category. We generate persona-level questions across the buyer journey, query Claude live, and score your visibility. The headline score is free; the full report unlocks with a work email.

How it works

  1. Map the committee. We generate four buying-committee personas for your category and the pain-point question each one asks an AI assistant — before they know which vendors exist.
  2. Query live. Each question runs against Claude in real time, plus an established-category query as a baseline. The paid Monitor adds ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  3. Score and rank. We measure where you're cited, where you're absent, and which competitors are winning the share of voice you're not.

Why buyer-committee AI visibility matters

B2B buyers increasingly start vendor research inside AI assistants, and they don't start with your category name — they start with a problem. AI models answer those early questions by citing third-party sources: analyst pages, buyer guides, comparison content. If those sources don't connect your brand to the buyer's problem, you're invisible at the exact moment a shortlist forms. Category-level visibility is table stakes; pain-point visibility is where the pipeline is won or lost.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the AI Citation Tracker?
The Citation Tracker checks one or two keywords. The Visibility Baseline maps your full buying committee — it generates the questions each persona (economic buyer, technical evaluator, champion, executive sponsor) actually asks an AI assistant at the pain-point stage, then measures whether you show up in AI answers across the buyer journey. It tells you not just whether you're cited, but where in the buyer journey you go missing.
Why does pain-point visibility matter more than category visibility?
AI assistants are taxonomic — they reliably surface vendors for established category terms (e.g. "best CLM software"). But buyers start earlier, with pain-point questions, before they know which category or vendors exist. Most brands are visible at the category level and invisible at the moments that actually start the deal. That gap is where pipeline leaks.
Why do you ask for a work email?
The headline score is free. The detailed report — persona-by-persona breakdown, competitor share of voice, and the gaps to fix — is delivered after you enter a work email so we can send you a copy and offer a short scoping call. No spam.
Which AI assistants do you query?
Today the free baseline runs against Anthropic Claude in real time. The ongoing AI Visibility Monitor adds ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini and runs on a schedule.
Is this a one-time check or ongoing?
This tool is a one-time baseline snapshot. AI answers shift as models and the web update, so visibility is best tracked continuously — that's the AI Visibility Monitor, which we'll walk through on a scoping call.
